Aboriginal Employment Target definition

Aboriginal Employment Target means the employment target for Aboriginal Workers specified in the Aboriginal Employment Plan or such other target as agreed by the parties to the Contract in writing;

  • If at any time the Principal or the Contractor reasonably believes that the Contractor is, or will be, unable to meet the Aboriginal Employment Target, the party holding this belief must give a notice in writing to the other party under this clause.

  • Achieve the Aboriginal Employment Target of 2.5% of total labour hours on the project.

  • Fixed term employee means a person engaged for a specified term or for the duration of a specified task in accordance with section 37(3)(b) of the State Service Act 2000.
