In order to apply for education funds under these guidelines, an employee must have satisfactorily completed two years of continuous service as a full-time regular Academic Advisor, Counselor, or Faculty member by July 1 of the fiscal year in which the education assistance is granted.
The employees covered by this Agreement are: All full-time employees of the College holding full-time positions as Academic Advisor, Counselor, or Faculty as certified and amended by the Commission of Industrial Relations in cases No. 167 and 1026.
All employees receiving promotion to Instructor Level II or Academic Advisor Level II will receive a nine percent (9%) increase to their previous year’s base salary.
One member of the faculty may rotate to serve as a full-time Academic Advisor each academic year.
