By the start of Spring semester 2018, the College, the Association, and the Academic Council will form a committee to develop recommendations on a standardized process that would apply to the manner in which faculty within a department equitably rotate through the course selection process in order to reach their full workload. By February 28, 2018, the committee will submit to the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs those recommendations for consideration and final determination. The Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs will collaborate with the Association and Academic Council as a part of his/her review process. By the start of Summer semester 2018, the Senior Vice President of Academic Affairs will communicate to faculty the approved process. Modifications to the process shall apply to the master schedule for Autumn semester 2018 and beyond.
