Academic Internal Use definition

Academic Internal Use means the installation and use of the Software by Authorized Users, in accordance with the license type acquired, for the purpose of: (i) in the case of employees, performing software administration, teaching, and noncommercial academic research in their ordinary course as Customer’s employees; and (ii) in the case of enrolled students, meeting requirements of courses and study offered by the Customer. Any other use is expressly prohibited.
Academic Internal Use means installation and use of the Software by Authorized Users, in accordance with the license type acquired, for the purpose of: (i) in the case of licenses granted for classroom teaching, for teaching by Customer’s faculty and academic staff, and use by enrolled students to meet requirements of courses and study offered by the Customer; (ii) in the case of licenses granted for research, for use by Customer’s faculty, academic staff and enrolled students for noncommercial academic research; (iii) in the case of licenses granted for student competitions, for use by Customer’s students for the student competitions authorized in the applicable Order Schedule; or (iv) for other non-commercial academic use by Customer as may be expressly authorized by Hexagon in the applicable Order Schedule.   • Internal Use means use of the Sprinklr Services for Customer’s and/or Customer Affiliates’ general business use, solely for the benefit of Customer and/or Customer Affiliates, but does not include use of the Sprinklr Services to provide any services for the benefit of third parties.
