Academy Site definition

Academy Site means the website for which the primary home pages are located at www.Academy.com that are owned or controlled by Academy and used primarily in connection with the sale of the e-Commerce Merchandise.

Related to Academy Site

  • Study Site means the location(s) under the control of the Institution where the Study is actually conducted as set out in Schedule 1.

  • City’s Site means any land and/or premises owned by the City on which or in respect of which the Services are performed by the Consultant;

  • Jobsite means the immediate work area within the property lines of a single construction project, alteration project, or maintenance project where electrical construction or alteration of electrical wiring is in progress.

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;
