Acceptance of System definition

Acceptance of System means the System, including the hardware, software, solution or any Deliverable accepted or deemed to have been accepted by the Authority, subsequent to its installation, rollout and deployment of trained manpower, when all the activities as defined in Scope of Work have been successfully executed and completed to the satisfaction of Authority and the Authority has given its acceptance by signing the Acceptance Certificate. For further details, refer to Section 5 & 7 of the RFP Volume II;
Acceptance of System. The system shall be deemed to have been accepted by the Authority, subsequent to its installation, rollout & deployment of trained manpower, when all the activities as defined in Scope of Work have been successfully executed and completed to the satisfaction of Authority or when the authority uses the deliverables for its intended use, whichever is earlier. Refer Section 5 of RFP Volume II.
Acceptance of System. : means acceptance of the system by the purchaser as per section 5 of the RFP.

Related to Acceptance of System

  • Acceptance of Bid means the letter/fax or any memorandum communicating to the Bidder the acceptance of its Bid and includes an advance acceptance of his Bid.

  • Acceptance of Tender means the letter or memorandum communicating to the supplier the acceptance of his offer (Tender) and shall include advance acceptance of his offer i.e. Letter of Intent or Rate Contract.
