Acceptance Testing Procedures definition

Acceptance Testing Procedures means in relation to a specific Deliverable or set of Deliverables or a category of Deliverables, Acceptance Testing procedures to be prepared and proposed by the Service Provider for review and approval by Transnet and which, if approved in writing by Transnet, prescribes the methodology for the implementation of Acceptance Testing (including details of how the Acceptance Testing should be performed, test cases and expected results);
Acceptance Testing Procedures means testing procedures to be performed by Customer for the purpose of establishing that the Modifications in Final Form (as integrated with Customer's MIE software and installed on the Hardware) conform to the Acceptance Criteria.
Acceptance Testing Procedures shall have the meaning set forth in Article 6.
