Accepted Claim definition

Accepted Claim means the Affected Claim of a Creditor, as finally determined in accordance with the Claims Process Order and any other Order in the CCAA Proceedings and/or this Plan;
Accepted Claim means a claim of a Senior Creditor arising under the Existing Finance Documentation which has been accepted pursuant to the claim adjudication procedure set out in the Court Supervised Arrangement(s).
Accepted Claim. If we accept your claim under clause 16.2, we may, at our option: (a) replace the Products; (b) refund the relevant Charge; or (c) provide a credit against the relevant Charge where you are yet to pay.

Examples of Accepted Claim in a sentence

  • An Affected Creditor holding a Disputed Claim shall not be entitled to receive a distribution under the Plan in respect of any portion thereof unless and until such Disputed Claim becomes an Accepted Claim.

  • If a Disputed General Unsecured Creditor Claim is finally determined to be an Accepted Claim (in whole or in part), the holder of such Accepted Claim shall be deemed to have made the 75% Distribution Election hereunder, and shall be paid the amount to which it is entitled under this Plan by Coalspur rather than by the Monitor out of the General Unsecured Creditor Cash Fund.

  • New Accepted Claim with No Overlapping Previously Accepted Injury - Where an Employee sustains another industrial injury resulting in a new accepted workers' compensation claim within the same five (5) year period that does not include a previously accepted body part, the Employee's new accepted claim shall be entitled to a period of time not to exceed 365 days of the Salary Continuation Benefit.


More Definitions of Accepted Claim

Accepted Claim means a D&O Claim of a Claimant as finally accepted by the Monitor, or determined by the Court, in accordance with this Order;
