Section 7.5.3. 24 The cost of first-aid training will be paid by the District for all bargaining unit employees. The 25 class will be held at a District site. Drivers shall not be paid for time attending this class.
Section 7.5.3. 37 A permanent position is one that is neither temporary nor casual.
Section 7.5.3. 25 When the Bus Student Supervisor's "assigned student" is absent, he/she will be assigned to continue 26 riding on their assigned bus and assist in supervision of other students, or he or she may be given an 27 alternate assignment as determined by the Transportation Director.

Section 7.5.3. 29 Drivers who are assigned a trip and then are unable to give management at least twenty-four (24) 30 hours’ notice of inability to take the trips shall be taken off the rotation list for the following two (2) 31 rotations. Employees on authorized leave under Article IX shall not be penalized.
Section 7.5.3. 35 All regular to and from school bus routes will be posted on or before October 1, with the total 36 time of the run. Routes will be bid at that time for the remainder of the year according to 37 seniority; provided, however, that if a driver’s total time changes by more than twenty (20) 38 minutes a senior driver shall have the option to bump to a route driven by a junior employee 39 with more time than the senior driver.
Section 7.5.3. 39 All district buses will be driven by personnel hired primarily as district school bus drivers. The 40 bus transportation supervisor may/will be part of the regular route driving schedule. Such 41 drivers shall be required to have a CDL, Class B certificate, either temporary or regular permit.
