Access Authorisation definition

Access Authorisation means an Authorisation granted under the terms of article 11; “Seepage Use Authorisation” means an Authorisation granted pursuant to Article 12; “Prospecting Authorisation” means an Authorisation granted pursuant to Article 9;
Access Authorisation has the meaning given in the Act;
