Access Termination Date definition

Access Termination Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a).
Access Termination Date means the date of the six-year anniversary of the date of the First Time of Delivery, provided, however, that (i) in the event that the Access Termination Date is within 3 years of the last quadrennial insurance regulatory examination, such Access Termination Date shall be extended with respect to any offices, properties, books, data (financial or otherwise), files, information and records related to such examination until the date which is three years from the date of such examination and (ii) with respect to tax matters, such date shall be extended until the expiration of the applicable statute of limitations, taking into account any extensions thereof.
Access Termination Date means, for the time being, the 31st day of December in each calendar year.

More Definitions of Access Termination Date

Access Termination Date means the date Agent receives written certification from Landlord that the Lease has been terminated and [Parent][Subsidiary Guarantor] [Borrower] has no right of access to the Leased Premises. "Per Diem Fee" means, for any day of a month during the Access Period, the current, non-default basic rent due for such month under the Lease (exclusive of past due rent or charges), divided by 30. Under no circumstances shall Agent be liable for any past due rent owing by [Parent][Subsidiary Guarantor] [Borrower] to Landlord. Landlord acknowledges that Agent shall have no obligation to remove the Working Capital Collateral from the Leased Premises.
Access Termination Date means the date Agent receives written certification from Landlord that the Lease has been terminated and Company has no right of access to the Premises. “Per Diem Fee” means, for any day of a month during the Access Period, the current, non-default basic rent due for such month under the Lease (exclusive of past due rent or charges), divided by 30. Agent shall reimburse Landlord for the cost of any repair of any physical injury to the Premises caused by Agent’s removal of the Collateral but Agent shall not be liable for any diminution in value of the Premises caused by the absence of Collateral actually removed or by any necessity of replacing the Collateral. Under no circumstances shall Agent be liable for any past due rent owing by Company to Landlord. The right of access provided in this Section 4 is a contractual right granted by Landlord to Agent and is not intended to limit Agent’s rights, if any, to obtain access to the Premises in any other manner provided under applicable law.
Access Termination Date means, for the time being, the 31st day of December in each calendar year. “Agreement Start Date” means the date on which the Client places the Order and purchases the Licence. “Annual Opt-out Notice Cut-off Date” means, for the time being, the 1st day of February in each calendar year.

  • Outside Termination Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.01(f).

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.
