Per diem fee definition
Per diem fee means the dollar amount of provider fee that the Department shall charge a nursing facility provider per non-Medicare day.

If a meeting is 3 hours and the travel time is 1 hour, the half day Meeting Fee is sufficient to cover the travel time – in this circumstance, the appointee would not get a half Meeting Fee and a half Per Diem Fee.
Per diem fee means an amount equivalent to the Crown Agency’s assigned meeting fee and payable to an appointee in respect of work undertaken by an appointee on behalf of the Crown Agency’s board at the direction of the Crown Agency’s board chair and/or travel time to and from board business when the location is more than 32 kilometres from the appointee’s residence.

Agent shall reimburse Landlord for the cost of any repair of any physical injury to the Premises caused by Agent’s removal of the Collateral but Agent shall not be liable for any diminution in value of the Premises caused by the absence of Collateral actually removed or by any necessity of replacing the Collateral. Under no circumstances shall Agent be liable for any past due rent owing by Company to Landlord. The right of access provided in this Section 4 is a contractual right granted by Landlord to Agent and is not intended to limit Agent’s rights, if any, to obtain access to the Premises in any other manner provided under applicable law.
