Accessible Car Parking Space definition

Accessible Car Parking Space means the parking space in the Carpark for the parking of motor vehicles belonging to the bona fide guests, visitors or invitees of the residents of the Residential Accommodation by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374 of the laws of Hong Kong), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation and for the purposes of identification only is shown coloured Green and marked “P19” on the Basement Floor plan of the DMC Plans;
Accessible Car Parking Space means any parking space in the Development provided in accordance with Special Condition No.(46)(c)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374 of the laws of Hong Kong), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation, and belonging to the residents or occupiers of the Development and their bona fide guests, visitors or invitees as shown and delineated on the Building Plans;
Accessible Car Parking Space means the parking space in the Carpark provided in accordance with Special Condition No. (29)(c)(i) of the Government Grant for the parking of motor vehicles by disabled persons as defined in the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374 of the laws of Hong Kong), any regulations made thereunder and any amending legislation as shown and delineated on the Building Plans which for the purpose of identification only is shown coloured Pink and marked “09” on Basement 1 Plan of the DMC Plans;
