Accessible Parking Permit definition

Accessible Parking Permit means a valid permit issued by the Minister of Transportation under section 26 of the Highway Traffic Act or a valid permit, licence plate or other marker or device bearing the international symbol of access issued by a jurisdiction other than Ontario;
Accessible Parking Permit means an accessible Parking permit issued under section 26 of the Highway Traffic Act, and Regulation 581 made thereunder;
Accessible Parking Permit means a parking permit issued by the Minister of Transportation under the authority of Highway Traffic Act R.R.O. 1990 Regulation 581 Accessible Parking For Persons with Disabilities.

Examples of Accessible Parking Permit in a sentence

  • All such Signs shall be the recognized official signage for spaces to be used exclusively by Accessible Parking Permit holders.

  • No person shall park or leave a Vehicle in an Accessible Parking Space, unless that person is in lawful possession of an Accessible Parking Permit.

  • All vehicles parked in a Designated Accessible Parking Stall need a valid Utah State University Accessible Parking Permit in addition to their State of Utah Disability placard or pay a daily fee.

  • Despite any other provision of this or any other By-law of the Town, no person shall Park, Stand or Stop a Vehicle in a Designated Accessibility Parking Space, or be entitled to the benefit of an exemption under this By-law, unless a currently valid Accessible Parking Permit has been issued to that person and such permit is displayed on or in the Vehicle in accordance with the Highway Traffic Act, as amended and this By-law.

  • No University parking permits or scratch cards are valid (except an Accessible Parking Permit).


More Definitions of Accessible Parking Permit

Accessible Parking Permit means a permit issued by the Minister of Transportation under section 26 of the Highway Traffic Act, or a permit, number plate or other marker or device bearing the international symbol of access for the person with a disability issued by a jurisdiction other than Ontario;
Accessible Parking Permit means a permit in the form prescribed by Division 38 of the Motor Vehicle Act Regulations, B.C. Reg 26/58, issued by a designated authority or a placard, permit, decal or licence plate issued for the same purpose by an authority having jurisdiction elsewhere in British Columbia or Canada or in another country;
Accessible Parking Permit means a permit issued to a person who meets the requirements of the Ministry of Transportation as set out in Section 5 of Ontario Regulation 612/05 (Accessible Parking for Persons with Disabilities) of the Highway Traffic Act;.
Accessible Parking Permit means a permit issued to a person who meets the requirements of the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario pursuant to the Highway Traffic Act, R.S.O 1990 c. H.8.
Accessible Parking Permit means a permit which is issued under the Highway Traffic Act and is currently valid or a permit or other marker or device which is issued by another jurisdiction that is currently valid and recognized under the Highway Traffic Act and the regulations thereunder.
Accessible Parking Permit means a valid parking permit for a Person with a Disability as issued by the Ontario Ministry of Transportation or by another jurisdiction;
