Accounting Fee definition

Accounting Fee means a fee for the setting up of new account as determined by The Municipality from time to time;

Examples of Accounting Fee in a sentence

  • In determining Net Cash Flow of each Restaurant there shall be deducted the Supervision Fee and the Accounting Fee as provided in Section 4.7, the Advertising Payment and the Insurance Payment as provided in Section 4.8, and the OSRS Charges as provided in Section 4.2.

More Definitions of Accounting Fee

Accounting Fee means a fee for the setting up of new account as determined by Council from time to time;
Accounting Fee means an accounting fee in the amount of $1,000.00 per Accounting Period.
Accounting Fee means a monthly fee of One Thousand Five Hundred Fifty and No/100 Dollars ($1,550.00) payable to Manager and pro-rated, as applicable, as provided in Section 3.04. The Accounting Fee will be increased on each anniversary of the Effective Date by five percent (5%) of the amount then in effect.
Accounting Fee means an accounting fee in the amount of $1,500.00 per month; provided, however, that within ninety (90) days following Commencement Date, Operator shall (i) assign one staff accountant to all hotel properties owned by Lessee or Lessee's Affiliates and managed by Operator; and (ii) such staff accountant will not be assigned by Operator to more than seven (7) hotel properties managed by Operator in any monthly cycle. In the event the conditions set forth in the foregoing sentence are not met, Operator and Lessee acknowledge and agree that Accounting Fee shall be set at $1,000 through the remainder of the Term. The Accounting Fee shall be subject to adjustment annually as may be approved by Lessee and Operator.
Accounting Fee shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 3.01.D.
Accounting Fee means the accounting fee paid by Owner to Operator for its accounting services pursuant to Section 9.2. The Accounting Fee shall be increased (but not decreased) annually on the first day of each succeeding Fiscal Year by the same percentage as any percentage increase in the CPI from the first day of the prior Fiscal Year through the first day of such succeeding Fiscal Year; provided, however, such increases shall not exceed more than two percent (2%) for any Fiscal Year.
Accounting Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Article 11.
