Examples of Accredited Capacity in a sentence
For the avoidance of doubt, no payment shall be owed by Buyer for Accredited Capacity if the Delivered Energy Payment for any Billing Cycle is zero; provided, however, that, notwithstanding the foregoing, Seller shall be obligated to provide Accredited Capacity as provided in this Agreement.
Valid ZRC Offers may include offers from ZRCs converted from confirmed Seasonal Accredited Capacity from Planning Resources.
If a Planning Resource for which a Market Participant converts Seasonal Accredited Capacity into ZRCs is Retired or Suspended prior to the end of the Season during the Planning Year in which the ZRCs cleared, such Market Participant must replace the cleared ZRCs with uncleared ZRCs. If a Market Participant does not replace such ZRCs associated with a Retired or Suspended Planning Resource, a Capacity Replacement Non-Compliance Charge will be assessed as determined below in this Section.
The sole purchase price for such Accredited Capacity shall be the Delivered Energy Payment for such Delivered Energy.
Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the Accredited Capacity associated with the CT shall be at least fifteen (15) MW during the Peak Period.
