Accrued Bonus Amount definition

Accrued Bonus Amount means any formally awarded but unpaid Annual Incentive Bonus with respect to a Fiscal Year.
Accrued Bonus Amount has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.7(d)(iii).
Accrued Bonus Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.08(c).

  • If the Executive voluntarily terminates employment during the Employment Period, other than for Good Reason, the Company shall pay the Accrued Obligations other than the Accrued Bonus Amount to the Executive in a lump sum in cash within 30 days of the Date of Termination, and the Company shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.

More Definitions of Accrued Bonus Amount

Accrued Bonus Amount means the aggregate amount of all accrued but unpaid bonus amounts due to employees of the Company as of the Closing Date, which amount equals $52,333.63.
Accrued Bonus Amount means the amount included as a liability in Working Capital that is intended to be used for payment of amounts due under the annual bonus program of the Company Group Entities.
