Accrued Bonus Amount definition

Accrued Bonus Amount means any formally awarded but unpaid Annual Incentive Bonus with respect to a Fiscal Year.

Accrued Bonus Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.08(c).

More Definitions of Accrued Bonus Amount

Accrued Bonus Amount means the aggregate amount of all accrued but unpaid bonus amounts due to employees of the Company as of the Closing Date, which amount equals $52,333.63.

Accrued Bonus Amount means the aggregate amount of any accrued and unpaid bonus owed to the employees (including its sales force) of Holdco or any of its Subsidiaries or under the Emerson Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.02 of the Emerson Agreement for the period ending on the Closing Date notwithstanding any language to the contrary as to the performance period) as of the Closing.
