Accrued Bonus Amount definition

Accrued Bonus Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.08(c).

Accrued Bonus Amount means any formally awarded but unpaid Annual Incentive Bonus with respect to a Fiscal Year.

Accrued Bonus Amount has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.7(d)(iii).

If the Executive voluntarily terminates employment during the Employment Period, other than for Good Reason, the Company shall pay the Accrued Obligations other than the Accrued Bonus Amount to the Executive in a lump sum in cash within 30 days of the Date of Termination, and the Company shall have no further obligations under this Agreement.

Accrued Bonus Amount means the amount included as a liability in Actual Working Capital that is intended to be used for payment of amounts due under the Company’s annual bonus program. For the avoidance of doubt, the Accrued Bonus Amount included in the Estimated Closing Statement is $1,422,134.

Accrued Bonus Amount means the amount of the accrued annual bonus for each participant in the bonus plans as of immediately prior to the Closing (which amounts shall be accrued in accordance with GAAP).

Accrued Bonus Amount means fifty percent (50%) of the amounts accrued for all bonuses of the Affected Employees as of Closing Date .

Accrued Bonus Amount means the aggregate amount of any accrued and unpaid bonus owed to the employees (including its sales force) of Holdco or any of its Subsidiaries or under the Xxxxxxx Agreement (including, without limitation, Section 4.02 of the Xxxxxxx Agreement for the period ending on the Closing Date notwithstanding any language to the contrary as to the performance period) as of the Closing.
