Acquired Completed Content definition

Acquired Completed Content means Audiovisual Content (other than a Novela or Excluded Content), the Broadcast rights to which are or have been acquired by Univision Group from a third party and with respect to which Univision Group had no involvement or arrangement of any kind or nature (including no approvals or controls) relating to the development, production or financing of such Audiovisual Content at any time.

  • Nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent Univision Group from acquiring Broadcast rights outside the Territory to any (a) Acquired Completed Content; or (b) Mexican Soccer Games.

  • Licensed Content means those articles or other parts of a Licensed Title which form part of the content licensed in accordance with the Order (including all content published during the Subscription Period or other period specified in the Order to which access and use rights are granted under this Licence, and including all Previously Subscribed Material).

  • Independent Software Vendor or “ISV” means a Person that makes available to Participants and Authorized Traders a system or platform offering smart order routing, front-end trading applications, an aggregation platform or a combination of the foregoing but that does not provide Participants or Authorized Traders with the ability to effect transactions other than through the Trading System.

Third Party Content includes third-party sourced materials accessed or obtained by Your use of the Services or any Oracle-provided tools.

  • Third Party Software means software which is proprietary to any third party (other than an Affiliate of the Contractor) which is or will be used by the Contractor for the purposes of providing the Services.

  • Originating site means a site where a patient is located at the time health care services are provided via telecommunications system or where the asynchronous store and forward service originates.
