Examples of Acquired Permits in a sentence
Contractor represents and warrants that all Contractor Acquired Permits either have been obtained by Contractor and are in full force and effect or Contractor has no knowledge of any reason that any Contractor Acquired Permit cannot be obtained in the ordinary course of business and within the timeframe necessary so as to permit Contractor to timely commence and prosecute the Work to completion in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Subject to Contractor's obligations to provide reasonably requested assistance to Owner in obtaining any Owner Acquired Permit (at no out of pocket cost to Owner) in accordance with Section 3.9, Owner shall obtain and maintain in full force and effect all Owner Acquired Permits.

The Acquired Permits include all Permits necessary for PMSI Database to own, lease, or operate the Acquired Assets and to carry on the Acquired Business as now conducted, and there has occurred no Default under any such Acquired Permit and, except as set forth in Section 2.12 of the PMSI Database Disclosure Memorandum, all right in and to such Acquired Permits has been legally transferred to PMSI Database and did not require the consent of any third party.
