  • Each of the Acquiror Plans is subject only to the laws of the United States or a political subdivision thereof.

Acquiror Plans means all "employee welfare benefit plans" within the meaning of Section 3(1) of ERISA and all "employee pension benefit plans" within the meaning of Section 3(2) of ERISA sponsored or maintained by Acquiror or any of the Acquiror Subsidiaries or to which the Acquiror or any of the Acquiror Subsidiaries contributes or is obligated to contribute.
