Acquiror Stock Plans means collectively the following:

Acquiror Stock Plans means collectively the following: (i) Midland States Bancorp, Inc. Second Amended and Restated 2010 Long-Term Incentive Plan; (ii) Midland States Bancorp, Inc. Omnibus Stock Ownership and Long Term Incentive Plan; (iii) Third Amendment and Restatement Midland States Bancorp, Inc. 1999 Stock Option Plan; and (iv) Amended and Restated Midland States Bancorp, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan.

Acquiror Stock Plans means Acquiror's Stock Award Plan and Director Stock Option Plan.
