Activation Charges definition

Activation Charges means the activation charges as set out onthe Site.“Activation Service”Means the seethelight activation service asdescribed on the Site.“Additional Service(s)”means any supplementary services and features provided by seethelight to you inconnection with the Services.“Applicable Law”means any applicable law, statute, bye- law, regulation, order, regulatory policy, guidance, standard or industry code, rule of court or directives or requirements of any government or regulatory body, delegated or subordinate legislation or notice of any government or regulatory body and the common law and the law of equity asapplicable to the Parties from time to time.“Agreement”means this Agreement as described inClause 1.“AUP”means seethelight’s Internet Acceptable Use Policy, a copy of which is available onour Site.“Business Day”means any day other than a Saturday or a Sunday or a public holiday in England andWales.“Call Charges”means the call charges calculated as setout on the Site.“Cancellation Charges”Means the cancellation charges as set outon the Site.“Charges”means any or all charges to you payable to seethelight in respect of Services, or any other charges for additional Servicesrelated to the Services as listed on the Site.“Code of Practice”means seethelight’s consumer code of practice which is available on the Site or inpaper form on request.
Activation Charges means the charge for providing, connecting and activating the Services as outline on the Purchase Order.
Activation Charges means the activation charges as set out on the Site.

More Definitions of Activation Charges

Activation Charges mean those amounts payable by Customer to the Supplier for the connection and Activation of a Service as set out in the relevant Order Form.

  • Installation Charges means those Charges set out in the Order in relation to installation of the Service and/or any Purchased Equipment, Customer Equipment and/or BT Equipment as applicable.

  • Termination Charge means a charge levied when an unamortized balance remains and the Jurisdiction requests termination of Street Lighting Service. The charge is determined by costs of equipment, installation, removal, disposal, Capital Recovery Period, and Utility Financing Cost minus payments made to date for the specific fixtures.

  • Total Service Charges means all charges, after application of all discounts and credits, for Services excluding Taxes, Governmental Charges, equipment, Company ILEC, Company Wireless, Document Delivery Fax, non-recurring, goods and services acquired by Company as Customer’s agent, international pass-through access (Type 3/PTT) and charges for international access or provided by Company (Type 1), charges for security services provided by Cybertrust, Inc. or its affiliates set forth in the Guide as providers of Cybertrust security services and other charges expressly excluded by this Agreement.

  • Recurring Charges means where you allow a Merchant to bill your Account for a specified or unspecified amount, at regular or irregular intervals for goods or services;

  • Maintenance Costs means parts and materials, sublet and labour costs of a qualified licensed mechanic for the maintenance of the Revenue Service Vehicles, but shall not include costs associated with interior and exterior transit advertising signs and non-mechanical servicing of Revenue Service Vehicles such as fuelling, clearing fareboxes, cleaning and painting wheel rims, vehicle washing and other work performed by a serviceman; and,

  • Contract Charges means charges that accrue during a given month as defined in Article III. “Contract Term” is defined in Article IV.

  • Debt Service Charges means for any Measurement Period, the sum of (a) Consolidated Interest Charges required to be paid for such Measurement Period, plus (b) regularly scheduled principal payments required to be made on account of Indebtedness (excluding the Obligations and any Synthetic Lease Obligations and Capital Lease Obligations) for such Measurement Period, in each case determined on a Consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Administration Charge means a charge established in accordance with Chapter 90.50A RCW and Chapter 173-98 WAC, to be used to pay Ecology’s cost to administer the State Revolving Fund by placing a percentage of the interest earned in an Administrative Charge Account.

  • Maintenance Charges means the charges payable by the applicant to the Maintenance Agency in accordance with the demand raised by the Maintenance Agency for the maintenance and up keep of the said building/ said complex, including common areas and facilities but does not include; (a) the charges for actual consumption of utilities in the Dwelling Unit including but not limited to electricity, water, which shall be charged based on actual consumption on monthly basis and (b) any statutory payments, taxes, with regard to the Dwelling Unit/ said building/said complex.

  • Usage Charges means the Charges for the Service or applicable part of the Service that are calculated by multiplying the volume of units that the Customer used or incurred in a period (e.g. number of users using the Service, or the number of minutes the Service was used for) with the relevant fee that is specified in the Online Order.
