Active transportation facilities means the physical components that enable transportation by means other than a motor vehicle and may include, but are not limited to, pathways, sidewalks and bike racks. AGRICULTURAL USE means a use of land and buildings for farming, dairying, pasturage, agriculture, apiculture, floriculture and animal and poultry husbandry and the necessary accessory uses for packing, storing or treating the produce. ALTER means to change a structural component of a building, or to increase or decrease the volume of a building or structure.
