Actual Dividend means, in respect of a Share, a Relevant Dividend (excluding any Extraordinary Dividends, unless the relevant Issue Terms provide that, for such Share, "Include Extraordinary Dividends" to be applicable, in which case, for such Share, the Actual Dividends and the corresponding Relevant Dividends shall include all Extraordinary Dividends) for such Share declared (being the "Declared Dividend" corresponding to such Actual Dividend) by the Share Issuer of the Share to any holder of record of a single Share on the relevant record date in respect of such Relevant Dividend, where the Ex-Dividend Date for such Relevant Dividend falls in the DividendPeriod for such Share, PROVIDED THAT: if:
Actual Dividend means 100% of the declared dividend per Share (after deduction for or on account of withholding tax as determined by Party A with reference to Shares, if any) paid by the Issuer to holders of record of a Share;
Actual Dividend means, for each ex-dividend date on the shares of the iShares® Xxxxxx Aggregate Bond Fund, the aggregate amount of cash dividends that a holder of those shares would be entitled to receive, as determined in good faith by the Calculation Agent.

Actual Dividend means 100 per cent. of the actual cash dividend paid per unit of a Basket Constituent by the issuer of such Basket Constituent on the dividend payment date (being the amount payable before deduction of any withholding or deduction for or on account of any tax which would have been made by or on behalf of the issuer in respect of the dividends, but not taking into account any associated tax credit arising under the law of the jurisdiction of the issuer or any holder of such share) and shall not include rights issues, share dividends or any other form of non-cash dividends or rights. The Actual Dividend shall include any extraordinary or bonus dividend or other cash distribution as long as such dividend or distribution does not exceed 10 per cent. of the last cum-dividend Trading Price of the relevant share constituting the Basket but subject as provided in Section 8 (Other Adjustments) below;
