Actual Utilisation Quantity definition

Actual Utilisation Quantity has the meaning given in Clause 5.14; “Additional Quantity” has the meaning given in Clause 13.7; “Affected Party” means:

  • For each Day in a Month, the Delivery Charge (in pounds sterling) shall be payable in respect of the Actual Utilisation Quantity delivered to the Customer, during that Day, pursuant to a Nomination or Nominations, and shall be calculated for the Day using the Indexed Delivery Charge.

  • Daily Quantity means the quantity of waste discharged during an operating day.

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses means: (i) the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission on 4th June 2021 or (ii) such other standard contractual clauses that are approved by the European Commission for Controller to Processor transfers of Personal Data to a third country which has not received an EU Adequacy Decision (and are subsequently incorporated into the DPA).   • Standard Contractual Clauses means the clauses attached hereto as Exhibit 1 pursuant to the European Commission’s decision (C(2010)593) of 5 February 2010 on Standard Contractual Clauses for the transfer of personal data to processors established in third countries which do not ensure an adequate level of data protection.

  • Contract Price means the price payable to the supplier under the contract for the full and proper performance of his contractual obligations.

  • Total Contract Price/Project Cost/TCO means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • tons means the gross tonnage calculated in accordance with the tonnage measurement regulations contained in Annex I of the International Convention on Tonnage Measurement of Ships, 1969; the word “tonnage” shall be construed accordingly.

  • Committed Volume means, with respect to a Committed Shipper, the minimum daily volume of Crude Petroleum set out in Schedule A to the Committed Shipper’s TSA.
