Measurement Equipment definition

Measurement Equipment means those facilities installed, owned, operated and controlled by the Sellers, including any facilities owned and operated by an Affiliate or a third party with whom Sellers has contracted to/ leased such facilities to perform Gas quality monitoring, Gas volume measurement, recording and telemetry near the Delivery Point, as specified in Annexure 4 hereto.
Measurement Equipment has the meaning given to such term in Exhibit 4. “MMBtu” means one million (1,000,000) British Thermal Units.
Measurement Equipment means all the equipment and facilities required to be installed or provided at each Entry Point and Exit Point to measure the gas flow, operating pressure and any other relevant information required;

Examples of Measurement Equipment in a sentence

  • If the Sellers or Buyer at any time desire a special test of Measurement Equipment or any part of it, they shall notify the other party in writing, and Parties shall cooperate to secure a prompt test.

  • At the end of calibration, Measurement Equipment shall register accurately and no individual transmitter feeding into total flow computation shall have an error more than 0.5%.

  • Each individual component of the Measurement Equipment shall read within its recommended tolerance.

  • Buyer may not request a recalibration or validation of the Measurement Equipment if such Measurement Equipment was the subject of a recalibration or validation within the previous thirty (30) days or such other mutually agreed period whether or not requested by Xxxxx.

  • The ownership of the Measurement Equipment shall remain with Sellers.


More Definitions of Measurement Equipment

Measurement Equipment means the measurement, metering, sampling, analysis and other related equipment installed from time to time by the Transporter at the Carrickfergus Entry Point or at any Exit Point;
Measurement Equipment means the measurement, metering, sampling, analysis and other related equipment installed from time to time at an IP Entry Point or Exit Point;
Measurement Equipment means that equipment installed, or required by the Transporter to be so installed, at an IP Entry Point, an Entry Point, a Connected System Exit Point or at an Offtake Point or at or in respect of the Sub-Sea I/C Offtake for the purpose of measuring the volume of Natural Gas delivered to or offtaken from the Transportation System (as the case may be) comprising the primary metering equipment for measuring the primary gas flow and where applicable, secondary instrumentation. For the avoidance of doubt Measurement Equipment shall include Prepayment Meters (where applicable).
Measurement Equipment means meters, including apparatus, regulators, gauges, valves, pipes and other related accessories and fittings, installed at Customers premise as the Supplier considers necessary for the measurement and recording of the volume of natural gas in Cubic Meters or Standard Cubic Meters and Pressure in Kg/cm2 or Bar or mBar or any other unit at the Delivery Point for the safe operation of the Supplier’s & Customer’s Facilities.
Measurement Equipment means the meters and other measuring equipment and facilities installed in accordance with Section 4.
Measurement Equipment has the meaning defined in section 8(a).
Measurement Equipment means that equipment installed, or required by the NGTU to be so installed, at an entry point or at an off-take point for the purpose of measuring the flow rate, temperature and pressure of natural gas delivered to or off-taken from the Transmission System
