Ad Revenues definition

Ad Revenues means, for each of the Advertising Services, for any period during the Term, revenues that are recognized by Google and attributed to Ads in that period.
Ad Revenues means the AdSense Revenues and ADX Revenues;
Ad Revenues means, for any period during the Term, revenues that are recognized by Google in connection with Company’s use of the applicable Advertising Service and attributed to Ads in that period.

Examples of Ad Revenues in a sentence

  • Google will provide monthly reports to Customer detailing Ad Revenues earned by Customer under this Rider.

  • Within ***** of each month’s end, Google shall pay Customer’s share of the Net Ad Revenues (or the *****, if applicable) for such month, at the address indicated in Section 10.

  • In the event Google does not provide a Withholding Tax Receipt in accordance with the preceding sentence, Google shall be liable to and shall reimburse Provider for the withholding taxes deducted from Provider’s share of the Ad Revenues.

  • The accounting firm may only disclose to the auditing party whether or not the auditee is in compliance with its payment obligations under Section 6.1 (Ad Revenues) and, if auditee is not in compliance, the amount of any underpayment or overpayment and supporting calculations.

  • Following the Launch Date as specified in Section 8, Customer shall receive the percentage of Net Ad Revenues for Sponsored Links displayed on Results Pages specified on this Order Form or such other payment as may be due pursuant to Section 3.1, which Google shall pay in accordance with the terms in section 3.1.1 below.


More Definitions of Ad Revenues

Ad Revenues means, for any period during the Term, revenues that are recognized by Google in connection with Company’s use of the applicable Advertising Service and attributed to Ads in that period. Notwithstanding the forgoing, if advertisers buy Ads at a fixed or aggregated price, then Ad Revenues for those Ads will be calculated as if such advertisers had paid the final price for the provision of the Ad in accordance with the definition above.
Ad Revenues means recognized revenues from ads provided by Google or an approved third party and displayed or Streamed on Playback Pages, Provider Channel pages, or in or on the YouTube Video Player with the Streaming of Provider Content and/or Monetized Content. The number of queries, impressions of and clicks on ads, as reported by Google, will be the number used in calculating Ad Revenue payments hereunder.
Ad Revenues means, for any period during the Term, revenues that are recognized by Google in connection with Company’s use of the applicable Advertising Service and attributed to Ads in that period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if advertisers buy Ads at a fixed or aggregated price, then Ad Revenues for those Ads will be calculated as if such advertisers had paid the final price for the provision of the Ad in accordance with the definition above.
Ad Revenues means gross ad revenues minus agency fees, referral fees, costs related to third party advertising service providers, and discounts.
Ad Revenues means, for any period during the Term, revenues that are recognized in accordance with U.S. GAAP by Google in connection with Company’s use of the applicable Advertising Service and attributed to Ads in that period. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Ad Revenues for any Ads sold to advertisers at a fixed or aggregated price will be calculated as if such advertisers had paid the final price for the provision of the Ad in accordance with the definition above. Ad Revenues will be recognized in the month in which the Ads appear on Company’s Sites. For clarity, Ad Revenues shall be calculated before deducting any Revenue Share Percentage payable to Company.
Ad Revenues means all revenues recognized by Microsoft in accordance with GAAP in connection with advertisements returned for Included Searches from Users in the Territory.
Ad Revenues means gross revenues received by Search Services Provider from sponsored links for the inclusion of such sponsored links on select websites, including, without limitation, the Home Page, whether calculated as a flat fee, on the basis of the number of “click-throughs,” or otherwise, minus agency fees, referral fees, costs related to third party advertising service providers, and discounts.
