Additional Authorised Users definition

Additional Authorised Users means individuals who qualify as authorised users and can perform the same activities as Authorised Users under this Licence (subject to the payment of the AAU Fee) but for monetary purposes are not included in the Licence Fee. Additional Authorised Users are users at a Partner Organisation for which the Institution has agreed with the Publisher to pay the AAU Fee.

Examples of Additional Authorised Users in a sentence

  • Upon receipt of the Order for Additional Authorised Users in respect of a Partner Institution, the Publisher shall issue an invoice for the AAU Fee for the amount calculated in accordance with Licence Schedule 3 or otherwise agreed with the Institution.

  • The credit limit may be used with each of the cards issued both to the Authorised User and the Holder of the repayment account, and the Additional Authorised Users after the signing of the Agreement with the Holder, the provision of the contractual collateral (if any) and in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions.

  • If the AAU Fee is payable to Jisc Collections, upon receipt of the Order for Additional Authorised Users in respect of a Partner Institution, Jisc Collections shall issue an invoice for the AAU Fee for the amount calculated in accordance with Sub-Licence Schedule 3 or otherwise agreed with the Institution.

  • Additional Authorised Users granted access to the Site during the Initial Term or any subsequent Renewal Period will be charged at the subscription price then prevailing unless otherwise agreed with Sparqa.

  • The Customer shall pay the Fees and any other fees payable for Additional Authorised Users and or additional services agreed to be provided by Zerogrey to the Customer in accordance with this clause 10 and or as set out in the MOU or as determined by and agreed by Zerogrey with the Customer.

  • Learnium shall be entitled to increase the Plan Fees, the fees payable in respect of the Additional Authorised Users purchased pursuant to clause3.3, the support fees payable pursuant to clause 4.3 and/or the excess storage fees payable pursuant to clause 9.5 at the start of each Renewal Period upon 60 days' prior notice to the Customer and the Key Terms shall be deemed to have been amended accordingly.

  • Subject to the Customer paying the Plan Fee and paying for Additional Authorised Users in accordance with clause3.3 and clause 9.1, the restrictions set out in this clause 2 and the other terms and conditions of the Contract, Learnium hereby grants to the Customer a non- exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to grant sublicences, to permit the Authorised Users to use the Services during the Plan Term solely for the Customer's internal business operations.

  • If the Customer wishes to obtain access to the Services for Additional Authorised Users, the Customer shall notify Learnium in writing.

Related to Additional Authorised Users

  • Authorised Users means those employees, agents and independent contractors of Customer or a Customer Affiliate who have been authorised by Customer to use the Products in accordance with these Terms.

  • Authorised User means those employees, agents and independent contractors of the Customer who are authorised by the Customer to use the Services.

  • Additional Authorised Participant means any Eligible Authorised Participant (other than the Initial Authorised Participant or the Second Authorised Participant) that has entered into an Authorised Participant Agreement with the Issuer and has acceded to the LS Operating Procedures Agreement.

  • Authorised Driver means any driver of the Vehicle who is approved by Us and who is recorded on the Rental Agreement prior to the Start of the Rental. Damage means:

  • Initial Authorised Participant means BNP Paribas Arbitrage S.N.C. and any successor thereto.

  • household customer means a customer purchasing electricity for his own household consumption, excluding commercial or professional activities;

  • Network Customer means an entity receiving transmission service pursuant to the terms of the Transmission Provider’s Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. Network External Designated Transmission Service:

  • Authorised Persons means collectively all Event management, Venue management, Police, public bodies and agencies responsible for safety and security in connection with the Event or the Venue, and their respective staff, officials, representatives, officers and volunteers;

  • Authorized Users(s) means an individual or individuals with a business need to access DSHS Confidential Information, and who has or have been authorized to do so.

  • authorised person means the Client or any person (including any individual or entity) authorised by the Client to act on its behalf in the performance of any act, discretion or duty under this Agreement (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any officer or employee of such person) in a notice reasonably acceptable to the Custodian.

  • END USER CUSTOMER LOCATION means the physical location of the premises where an End User makes use of the telecommunications services.
