Additional Classification Errors definition

Additional Classification Errors means only those Classification Errors (other than Signing Classification Errors) that the Company or its Affiliates or Fidelity reports to the Insurer in writing; provided, that, in the case of any such report by Fidelity, the Company shall have the right to (a) review such report and (b) promptly correct any errors in such report.

Examples of Additional Classification Errors in a sentence

  • In connection with the calculations described in the preceding sentence, the Insurer shall also deliver to the Independent Third Party the data inputs in respect of such Additional Classification Errors that are required to populate the “Average Incremental [ *** ] Charge for lives with increases in Solicited Base and Adjusted Annuity Premiums due to Classification changes or benefit increases” table set forth in the Post-Solicitation Premium Tab.

  • If any Additional Classification Errors are reported to the Insurer, the Insurer shall, in connection with the calculation of whichever of the Dry-Run Post-Solicitation Premium, Preliminary Post-Solicitation Premium, Interim Post-Closing Post-Solicitation Premium or Post-Closing Post-Solicitation Premium is to be next calculated by the Insurer pursuant to this Agreement, deliver to the Company and to the Independent Third Party a calculation of the resulting Additional Classification Error Correction.

  • If any Additional Classification Errors are reported to the Insurer, the Insurer shall, in connection with the calculation of whichever of the Dry-Run Post-Solicitation Premium, Preliminary Post-Solicitation Premium, Interim Post- Closing Post-Solicitation Premium or Post-Closing Post-Solicitation Premium is to be next calculated by the Insurer pursuant to this Agreement, deliver to the Company and to the Independent Third Party a calculation of the resulting Additional Classification Error Correction.

Related to Additional Classification Errors

  • film classification body means the person or persons designated as the authority under section 4 of the Video Recordings Act 1984 (c.39) (authority to determine suitability of video works for classification).

  • International Classification means the Classification established under the Locarno Agreement Establishing an International Classification for Industrial Designs;

  • Job Classification means an arrangement of tasks in an establishment or industry into a limited series of jobs or occupations, rated in terms of skill, responsibility, experience, training, and similar considerations, usually for wage setting purposes. This term, or job class, refers to a single cluster of jobs of approximately equal “worth.”

  • Shift Schedule means a written statement setting forth the days and hours upon which the employees are required to work.

  • Classification plan means the orderly arrangement of positions within an agency into separate and distinct job families so that each job family will contain those positions which involve similar or comparable skills, duties and responsibilities [74:840 1.3].

  • Classification Seniority is defined as the length of service in a specific job classification within the bargaining unit, beginning with the date an employee starts to serve a probationary appointment. Classification Seniority shall be interrupted only by separation because of resignation, discharge for just cause, failure to return upon expiration of a leave of absence, failure to respond to a recall from layoff, or retirement.

  • Reference Interest Rate Replacement Conforming Changes means, with respect to any Reference Interest Rate Replacement, any technical, administrative or operational changes (including changes to the definition of "Interest Period", timing and frequency of determining rates and making payments of interest, changes to the definition of "Corresponding Tenor" solely when such tenor is longer than the Interest Period and other administrative matters) that the Issuer or its designee decides may be appropriate to reflect the adoption of such Reference Interest Rate Replacement in a manner substantially consistent with market practice (or, if the Issuer or its designee decides that adoption of any portion of such market practice is not administratively feasible or if the Issuer or its designee determines that no market practice for use of the Reference Interest Rate Replacement exists, in such other manner as the Issuer or its designee determines is reasonably necessary).

  • Benchmark Replacement Adjustment means, with respect to any replacement of the then-current Benchmark with an Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement for any applicable Interest Period and Available Tenor for any setting of such Unadjusted Benchmark Replacement:

  • Peer support specialist means an individual who has experienced a severe and persistent mental illness and who has successfully completed standardized training to provide peer support services through the medical assistance program or the Iowa Behavioral Health Care Plan.

  • Implementation Schedule means the Implementation Schedule in Section VII of the tendering documents.
