Additional First Lien Collateral Agent definition

Additional First Lien Collateral Agent means the Collateral Agent for the Series of Additional First Lien Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding aggregate principal amount of any then outstanding Series of Additional First Lien Obligations.

Additional First Lien Collateral Agent has the meaning set forth in the definition of “First Lien Collateral Agent”.

Additional First Lien Collateral Agent means (x) for so long as the Initial Additional First Lien Obligations are the only Series of Additional First Lien Obligations, the Initial Additional Authorized Representative and (y) thereafter, the Major-Non Controlling Authorized Representative.

• Except as expressly provided herein or in the Additional First Lien Security Documents, [ ] is acting in the capacity of Additional First Lien Collateral Agent solely for the Additional First Lien Secured Parties.

• Except as expressly set forth herein, none of the First Lien Credit Agreement Administrative Agent, the First Lien Credit Agreement Collateral Agent or the Additional First Lien Collateral Agent shall have any duties or obligations in respect of any of the Collateral, all of such duties and obligations, if any, being subject to and governed by the applicable Secured Credit Documents.

If an Additional First Lien Collateral Agent is the Collateral Agent under a Replacement Credit Agreement, it shall also be a Replacement Collateral Agent and the Credit Agreement Collateral Agent, otherwise it shall be an Other First Lien Collateral Agent.

Additional First Lien Collateral Agent means any collateral agent with respect to any Additional First Lien Obligations.

Additional First Lien Collateral Agent means with respect to each Series of Other First Lien Obligations and each Replacement Credit Agreement, in each case, that becomes subject to the terms of this Agreement after the date hereof, the Person serving as collateral agent (or the equivalent) for such Series of Other First Lien Obligations or Replacement Credit Agreement and named as such in the applicable Joinder Agreement delivered pursuant to Section 5.14 hereof, together with its successors from time to time in such capacity. Additional First Lien Collateral Agent means, with respect to the Shared Collateral (x) for so long as the Initial Additional First Lien Obligations are the only Series of Additional First Lien Obligations outstanding, the Initial Additional First Lien Collateral Agent and (y) thereafter, the Collateral Agent for the Series of Additional First Lien Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding aggregate principal amount of any then outstanding Series of First Lien Obligations with respect to such Shared Collateral.
