Additional Territories definition

Additional Territories means [***] and [***].
Additional Territories means any additional territories outside the Territory but excluding the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland in which Oncogenerix may undertake the Activities as agreed in writing between the parties in accordance with Sections 3.l(b).
Additional Territories means any other country or jurisdiction. RDT may add to this Schedule "D" from time to time after the Effective Date pursuant to Article 7 of the Agreement; State or Country

Examples of Additional Territories in a sentence

  • XDx shall not, and shall ensure that its Affiliates shall not, conduct any negotiations with any third party with respect to such licence or launch of the Products in the Additional Territories for a period of four (4) months following the service of such notice.

  • If the Parties have not entered into a definitive agreement in relation to such Territories, Additional Territories and Indications within the [***] period, ERYTECH Pharma shall be entitled to enter into a license or other distribution arrangement in relation to such Territories, Additional Territories and Indications with a Third Party provided that the [***].

More Definitions of Additional Territories

Additional Territories means the Commonwealth of Australia and the Republic of Singapore.

Additional Territories means the First Additional Territories and the Second Additional Territories.
