By notifying Babelcube that Rights Holder wishes to include Additional Territories, Rights Holder makes all representations and warranties in Section 3 of this Agreement with respect to the Additional Territories.
RDT shall provide the Equipment, owned by ROT, for each location based on one set of production and packaging machine in the Initial Territory and within each country or State named in the Additional Territories.
Licensee shall provide RDT with all necessary information pertaining to packaging and labelling for the Products with respect to the requirements of the Applicable Laws within the Territory and the Additional Territories, as the case may be.
