Additional Territories definition

Additional Territories means [***] and [***].
Additional Territories means any additional territories outside the Territory but excluding the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland in which Oncogenerix may undertake the Activities as agreed in writing between the parties in accordance with Sections 3.l(b).
Additional Territories means the Commonwealth of Australia and the Republic of Singapore.

Examples of Additional Territories in a sentence

  • By notifying Babelcube that Rights Holder wishes to include Additional Territories, Rights Holder makes all representations and warranties in Section 3 of this Agreement with respect to the Additional Territories.

  • RDT shall provide the Equipment, owned by ROT, for each location based on one set of production and packaging machine in the Initial Territory and within each country or State named in the Additional Territories.

Additional Territories means all territories other than Current Territories, excluding the People’s Republic of China
