ISDA Protocol means the ISDA 2018 U.S. Resolution Stay Protocol as published by ISDA as of July 31, 2018.

  • ISDA Master Agreement An ISDA Master Agreement (Multicurrency-Cross Border) in the form published by ISDA in 1992 including the schedule thereto.

  • ISDA Definitions means the 2006 ISDA Definitions published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or any successor thereto, as amended or supplemented from time to time, or any successor definitional booklet for interest rate derivatives published from time to time by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or such successor thereto.

  • Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;

  • ISDA Benchmarks Supplement means the Benchmarks Supplement (as amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of the relevant Series (as specified in the relevant Final Terms)) published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc;

  • ISDA means the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. or any successor thereto.

  • ISDA Rate for an Interest Period means a rate equal to the Floating Rate that would be determined by the Principal Paying Agent under an interest rate swap transaction if the Principal Paying Agent were acting as Calculation Agent for that swap transaction under the terms of an agreement incorporating the 2006 ISDA Definitions, as published by the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. and as amended and updated as at the Issue Date of the first Tranche of the Notes (the “ISDA Definitions”) and under which:

  • 2021 ISDA Definitions means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the latest version of the 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions (including each Matrix (and any successor Matrix thereto), as defined in such 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions) as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of Notes of such Series, as published by ISDA on its website (www.isda.org);

  • 2006 ISDA Definitions means, in relation to a Series of Notes, the 2006 ISDA Definitions (as supplemented, amended and updated as at the date of issue of the first Tranche of the Notes of such Series) as published by ISDA (copies of which may be obtained from ISDA at www.isda.org);

  • ISDA Fallback Rate means the rate that would apply for derivatives transactions referencing the ISDA Definitions to be effective upon the occurrence of an index cessation date with respect to the Benchmark for the applicable tenor excluding the applicable ISDA Fallback Adjustment.

  • Kyoto Protocol means the protocol to the UNFCCC adopted at the Third Conference of the Parties to the UNFCCC in Kyoto, Japan on 11 December 1997 as may be amended;

  • Electronic Programme Guide or “EPG” means a program guide maintained by the Distributors of Television Channels that lists Television Channels and programmes, and scheduling and programming information therein and includes any enhanced guide that allows subscribers to navigate and select such available channels and programmes;

  • Written protocol means a physician’s order for one or more patients that contains, at a minimum, the following:

  • Resettlement Policy Framework or “RPF” means the resettlement policy framework adopted by the Recipient on January 20, 2011, setting forth, inter alia, a brief description of the Project and components for which land acquisition and Resettlement are required, the principles and objectives governing Resettlement preparation and implementation, and a description of the process for preparing and approving site-specific Resettlement Action Plans.

  • Credit Support Annex means the Credit Support Annex annexed to this Agreement.

  • Adopted Protocol means the method(s) for the Interchange of Messages between the respective Parties and an intermediary appointed pursuant to Clause 8 for the presentation and structuring of the transmission of Messages as defined in Annex A;

  • ERCOT Protocols means the document adopted by ERCOT, including any attachments or exhibits referenced in that document, as amended from time to time, that contains the scheduling, operating, planning, reliability, and Settlement (including Customer registration) policies, rules, guidelines, procedures, standards, and criteria of ERCOT. For the purposes of determining responsibilities and rights at a given time, the ERCOT Protocols, as amended in accordance with the change procedure(s) described in the ERCOT Protocols, in effect at the time of the performance or non-performance of an action, shall govern with respect to that action.

  • Fxxxxx Mae Guides The Fxxxxx Mxx Selling Guide and the Fxxxxx Mae Servicing Guide and all amendments or additions thereto.

  • Template Order Form means the template form in Annex 1 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Aircraft Protocol means the official English language text of the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, adopted on November 16, 2001, at a diplomatic conference in Cape Town, South Africa, and all amendments, supplements, and revisions thereto (and from and after the effective date of the Cape Town Treaty in the relevant country, means when referring to the Aircraft Protocol with respect to that country, the Aircraft Protocol as in effect in such country, unless otherwise indicated).

  • Fitch Criteria means the Collateral Amount shall equal the sum of (i) the product of A multiplied by the mark-to-market value of the outstanding Transactions dxxxxmined by Party A in good faith from time to time, and (ii) the product of B multiplied by the current aggregate notional amount of the outstanding Transactions, where:
