Examples of Adjusted Capital Contributions in a sentence
Upon payment of the sales price to the selling General Partner by the purchasing General Partner, the books of the Partnership shall be adjusted as of the effective date of sale to show the appropriate reductions and increases in the General Partner Adjusted Capital Contributions (and related General Partner Percentages) of the selling and purchasing General Partners.
Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Limited Partner shall look solely to the assets of the Partnership for the return of its Adjusted Capital Contributions and shall have no right or power to demand or receive property other than cash from the Partnership.
