Administrative Bar Date definition

Administrative Bar Date means the date that is forty-five (45) days after the Effective Date.

Administrative Bar Date means the date designated by the Bankruptcy Court as the last date for filing requests for payment of Administrative Claims against the Debtors.

Administrative Bar Date means forty-five (45) days after the Effective Date and is the date by which applications for allowance of Administrative Expense Claims incurred through the Confirmation Date must be filed with the Court or be forever barred and discharged.
