Any excess funds in the Administrative Claims Reserve shall be released to the Liquidation Trust to be used for other purposes consistent with the Plan.
Payments for Allowed Professional Charges will be paid as Final Orders are entered allowing them from the Administrative Claims Reserve, and, if necessary, other Assets.
Once all pending applications for such Claims are approved or denied by a Final Order and the Allowed Claims are paid, the Debtors will remit the balance of this Administrative Claims Reserve, if any, to the Trust.
