The Disbursing Agent shall hold in the Administrative Claims Reserve all payments and other distributions made on account of, as well as any obligations arising from, the property held in the Administrative Claims Reserve, to the extent that such property continues to be so held at the time such distributions are made or such obligations arise.
Allowed Administrative Claims shall be paid solely from the Administrative Claims Reserve.
The Liquidation Trust may make Distributions from the Administrative Claims Reserve to Holders of Allowed Administrative Claims and from Available Cash to Holders of Priority Tax Claims, Priority Claims, and to the Liquidation Trust Beneficiaries at any time following the Effective Date, provided that such Distributions are otherwise permitted under, and not inconsistent with, the other terms of the Plan, the Liquidation Trust Agreement, and applicable law.
