Administrative Claims Reserve definition

Administrative Claims Reserve means the reserve of Cash established and maintained by the Debtor and Reorganized Debtor to pay Allowed Administrative Claims, including Claims under section 503(b)(9) of the Bankruptcy Code and all Claims for rent under section 503(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and lease payments under section 365(d)(5) of the Bankruptcy Code.
Administrative Claims Reserve means the reserve of Cash funded by the Debtors and maintained by the Liquidating Trust for the benefit of Holders of Allowed Administrative Claims (exclusive of Holders of Professional Fee Claims, the reserve for which Holders shall be the Professional Fee Reserve), Allowed Priority Tax Claims and Allowed Priority Non-Tax Claims in an amount equal to the Administrative and Priority Claims Estimate.
Administrative Claims Reserve means the reserve to be established and maintained by the Liquidation Trustee pursuant to the terms hereof containing all distributions that may be made on grounds of any Disputed Administrative Claims pending entry of a Final Order allowing or disallowing such Disputed Administrative Claims.

  • Any excess funds in the Administrative Claims Reserve shall be released to the Liquidation Trust to be used for other purposes consistent with the Plan.
