Plan Funding means the $100,000 previously paid by Chase under the Chase Settlement Agreement for use by the Debtors and the Committee to (i) pursue confirmation of a plan in conformity with the Chase Settlement Agreement and (ii) to protect the Estates’ interests in the bankruptcy case of BNF Brooklyn.
