THIS AGREEMENT is entered into between the City of Reno, Nevada, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and the Reno Police Supervisory and Administrative Employees Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Association".
The Employee shall be entitled to sick leave, vacation, insurance, and all other benefits commonly provided to Administrative Employees of the College.
Maintenance /Administrative Employees whose regularly scheduled hours are different than eight (8) hours per day shall receive holiday pay of their regularly scheduled hours at straight time, in accordance with rates of pay in Schedule "A" attached, subject to the condition and restrictions as provided herein.
Effective July 8, 1996, City shall remit to the Reno Police Supervisory/ Administrative Employees Association (RPSAE) a total amount of $55,000 which is equal to the 1995/96 total cost of a 1.11% base wage increase for the three units represented by RPSAE as computed on January 22, 1995.
The Association will have a reasonable amount of time to consult where appropriate and arrange a meeting of the Administrative Employees Consultative Committee (AECC) (Article 6) to discuss concerns about the change or proposed change.
