Administrative Services Fees means the payments described in the Contractor’s Proposal and Appendix L.

Administrative Services Fees means the amount per final net paid claim, if any, payable to PBM for the performance of services. Administrative Services Fees are exclusive and separate from any ingredient cost dispensing fees, pharmacy related fees, ancillary service fees, or optional service fees, if any, payable to PBM.

Examples of Administrative Services Fees in a sentence

  • If, for any Year, the total Actual Administrative Services Fees paid by a Service Recipient is less than the total Exhibit B Administrative Services Fees for such Service Recipient, there shall be deemed to exist a shortfall in an amount equal to the difference between the total Exhibit B Administrative Services Fees for such Service Recipient and the total Actual Administrative Services Fees paid by such Service Recipient (hereinafter “Administrative Services Shortfall”).

  • If, for any Year, the total Actual Administrative Services Fees paid by a Service Recipient is greater than the Exhibit B Administrative Services Fees for such Service Recipient, there shall be deemed to exist an excess of service fee in an amount equal to the difference between the total Actual Administrative Services Fees paid by such Service Recipient and the total Exhibit B Administrative Services Fees for such Service Recipient for the Year (hereinafter “Administrative Services Excess”).

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company agrees that (a) it shall not increase the Administrative Services Fees for a period of 12 (twelve) months following the Commencement Date and (b) it shall provide the Client with three (3) months prior written notice of its intent to increase the Administrative Services Fees.

  • The Agreement shall survive the termination to the extent necessary for each party to perform its obligations with respect to shares for which Administrative Services Fees continues to be due subsequent to such termination.

  • Administrative Services Fees shall be accrued by the Fund daily and shall be payable monthly in arrears on the first day of each calendar month for services performed under this Agreement during the prior calendar month.

  • Anthem shall credit Administrative Services Fees for each retroactive deletion up to a maximum of 60 days and shall charge Administrative Services Fees for each retroactive addition up to a maximum of 60 days.

  • The Administrative Services Fees will be calculated and accrued daily and paid monthly by each Fund with respect to the Retail Class Shares and Institutional Class Shares at the annual rate(s) indicated above.

  • If Administrative Service Fees begin to accrue before the end of any month or if this Agreement terminates before the end of any month, all Administrative Services Fees and Annual Charges for the period from that date to the end of that month or from the beginning of that month to the date of termination, as the case may be, shall be prorated according to the proportion that the period bears to the full month in which the effectiveness or termination occurs.

  • Administrative Services means the provision to the Fund, by or at the expense of the Manager, of the following:

Such costs may include, without limitation: escrow agent costs, the costs of publishing the summary notice, the costs of printing and mailing the Notice and Proof of Claim, as directed by the Court, and the costs of allocating and distributing the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants. Such costs do not include legal fees.

  • Services Fee means, collectively, the Senior Services Fees and the Subordinated Services Fees.

  • Basic generation service transition costs means the amount by

  • administrative staff means all persons employed by the University who are categorised in terms of the Statutes as members of the administrative staff;

  • Transition Services Agreement means the transition services agreement substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B.

  • Termination Assistance Services has the meaning set forth in Section 18.12.

  • Child support services means any civil, criminal or administrative action taken by the Division of

  • Program services means services that include all of the following provided they are pursuant to a program agreement: program needs assessment and development, job task analysis, curriculum development and revision, instruction, instructional materials and supplies, computer software and upgrades, instructional support, administrative and student services, related school to career training programs, skill or career interest assessment services and testing and contracted services.

  • Distribution Services means the service of distribution, as defined in section 5 of the Act;

  • Advanced Services refers to high speed, switched, broadband, wireline Telecommunications capability that enables users to originate and receive high-quality, voice, data, graphics or video Telecommunications using any technology.

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Supportive services means social, health, educational, income support and employment services and benefits, coordination of community building and educational activities, individualized needs assessment, and individualized assistance with obtaining services and benefits.

  • Payment Services means such Services as We provide in relation to payments into and out of Your Account.

  • Multiphase professional services contract means a contract for the providing of professional
