Technical Personnel. RENTER shall provide all technical personnel required for handling the production’s performances, move-in and strike (move-out). Technical personnel who will use City equipment shall be fully familiar with operation and care of the equipment. It is the RENTER’S responsibility to schedule any necessary training at the convenience of PARD Staff. Any technical personnel not possessing a demonstrated competence in the use of the equipment shall be removed at the request of the City.
Technical Personnel. The Vendor will maintain technical personnel stationed at its support facilities for purposes of providing customer service through Internet or toll-free telephone (from Vancouver) to receive problem reports and discuss questions about operations.
Technical Personnel. The information technology requirements outlined above are deemed mission critical. The Company shall have in-house or readily available technical support at the Company's primary facility. These Company personnel will work with Microsoft personnel to ensure that the site is properly set up to communicate with Microsoft. Microsoft will work with the Company to establish competency with any non-commercially available Microsoft-specific software that may be used in the operation. Company will be responsible for on-going training of replacement or additional personnel used to support the operation.
Technical Personnel. The District may employ or contract for auditors and other technical personnel considered necessary to implement this Agreement with the approval of the Treasurer. The Superintendent of the District when requested or approved by the Consultant, or the Consultant if the District has no Superintendent, will retain 1 or more persons or firms, which may be an individual or firm selected from a list of 3 or more persons or firms approved by the Treasurer, to perform the duties of a local inspector or a local auditor as described in Section 12(1)(p) of the Act, to assist the District in achieving the goals and objectives of this Agreement. The Superintendent of the District may recommend persons or firms for inclusion on a list described in this Section 15.
Technical Personnel. It is hereby agreed that the term "technical personnel" as used in Article 1.01 above, shall include physiotherapists, physiotherapy technicians, occupational therapists, recreational therapy technicians, speech therapists, psychologists, laboratory technicians and laboratory technologists.
Technical Personnel. Leased Employees.
(a) Subject to the conditions set forth in this Section 3.8, the Management Company shall employ or contract with, or shall arrange for, and shall provide to the Medical Group as leased employees, such Technical Personnel (as defined below) as may be reasonably necessary for the conduct of the Medical Group's professional practice.
(b) For purposes of this Agreement, "Technical Personnel" means nurses, medical assistants, x-ray technicians, other technicians, and other personnel who perform diagnostic tests or other services that are covered by Medicare or by other third party payors when performed by an employee of a physician under the physician's supervision.
Technical Personnel. XXXX and BAE SYSTEMS will each contribute key personnel to the Joint Development Program for the purpose of forming a core team to spearhead the technology commercialization effort. XXXX personnel, acting as independent contractors with respect to BAE SYSTEMS, shall include technical personnel sufficiently skilled in the activities required under the Joint Development Program. The BAE Systems JDP Participants, acting as independent contractors with respect to XXXX, shall include technical personnel sufficiently skilled in the activities required under the Joint Development Program.
Technical Personnel. This group includes people who, for the development of their duties, must have a professional qualification in the techniques suited to the specific work they perform. This group includes people with higher education degrees, intermediate degrees, and interns.
Technical Personnel. The project work will be performed by staff members of BNL. Job categories required may include computer professionals, engineers, and engineering technologists.
