Adobe Information definition

Adobe Information means any Confidential Information, Personal Information, or Special Personal Information.
Adobe Information means all electronic data or information that may include Adobe’s Confidential Information that is stored or processed on Provider’s server.
Adobe Information means the (a) Adobe Support Information, (b) Font Programs, (c) Adobe Software, Other Adobe Software and Host Software, provided to Peerless in object code form, (d) End User Documentation, and (e) any other information provided to Peerless by Adobe hereunder.

  • Reseller is not entitled to use Adobe Information for its own purposes or for the purpose of any third party, firm or enterprise (including any affiliate of Reseller).

  • For example, nearly all transit riders are also pedestrians on at least one end of their trip.

  • You will limit access to Adobe Information to the minimum number of Your employees, personnel officers, directors, agents, contractors and service providers (“Parties”) who require such access in order to perform this Agreement.


More Definitions of Adobe Information

Adobe Information means the Adobe Software, Other Adobe-Supplied Software, Coded Font Programs, Demonstration Program(s), PostScript Product Certification Test Suite, Bitmap Fonts, Typefaces, Trademarks, Documentation and the Adobe Trademarks.
Adobe Information means (i) Font Programs, (ii) released and unreleased Adobe Software, Other Adobe Software and Host Software in object code form only, including Golden Masters thereof, (iii) End User Documentation and (iv) and any other Adobe proprietary information provided by Peerless to an OEM Customer hereunder, but shall exclude Adobe Support Information. Subject to Peerless' compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Peerless may choose to sublicense only those rights enumerated in Paragraphs 2.

  • Data Tape Information The information provided by the Originators as of the Cut-off Date to the Depositor or the Purchaser setting forth the following information with respect to each Mortgage Loan: (1) the Mortgagor's name; (2) as to each Mortgage Loan, the Scheduled Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date; (3) the Mortgage Rate Cap; (4) the Index; (5) a code indicating whether the Mortgaged Property is owner occupied; (6) the type of Mortgaged Property; (7) the first date on which the Scheduled Payment was due on the Mortgage Loan and, if such date is not consistent with the Due Date currently in effect, such Due Date; (8) the "paid through date" based on payments received from the related Mortgagor;

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Balance Information We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Limitations: You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. You may not make additional deposits into this account. You may not make withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. Time Account Information: Your account will mature in the term of the Certificate of Deposit. If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of 90 days interest on the amount withdrawn. This account will automatically renew. You will have 10 CALENDAR DAYS after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. If you do not withdraw the funds, each renewal term will be for an identical period of time as the original term.

  • Form 8-K Disclosure Information As defined in Section 11.07.

  • Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Program Information has the meaning set forth in Section 14.8.

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Covered defense information means unclassified controlled technical information or other information, as described in the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Registry at http://www.archives.gov/cui/registry/category-list.html, that requires safeguarding or dissemination controls pursuant to and consistent with law, regulations, and Governmentwide policies, and is—

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information The Contractor agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to information. The Contractor agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute, including but not limited to 12 VSA §1612 and any applicable Board of Health confidentiality regulations. The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Price Sensitive Information means any information which relates, directly or indirectly, to a company and which if published is likely to materially affect the price of securities of the company.
