Adobe Information definition

Adobe Information means any Confidential Information, Personal Information, or Special Personal Information.
Adobe Information means any Adobe, Adobe Affiliate or Adobe Customer Confidential Information, Cardholder Information, Personal Information, or Sensitive Personal Information (including any information derived or inferred from such Adobe Information) that is Processed by Provider or Provider Parties in connection with the Services. In addition to Personal Information from Adobe Customers, Adobe Information may also include Personal Information from prospects, business partners, vendors, contractors, employees, agents, and advisors.
Adobe Information means the (a) Adobe Support Information, (b) Font Programs, (c) Adobe Software, Other Adobe Software and Host Software, provided to Peerless in object code form, (d) End User Documentation, and (e) any other information provided to Peerless by Adobe hereunder.

  • Adobe and its suppliers are the sole and exclusive owners of all rights, title and interest, including all trademarks, copyrights, patents, trade names, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights to the Adobe Information.

  • Provider will deliver to Adobe originals and all copies of any Confidential Information, Adobe Information, and other materials supplied to Provider by Adobe.

More Definitions of Adobe Information

Adobe Information means the Adobe Software, Other Adobe-Supplied Software, Coded Font Programs, Demonstration Program(s), PostScript Product Certification Test Suite, Bitmap Fonts, Typefaces, Trademarks, Documentation and the Adobe Trademarks.
Adobe Information means (i) Font Programs, (ii) released and unreleased Adobe Software, Other Adobe Software and Host Software in object code form only, including Golden Masters thereof, (iii) End User Documentation and (iv) and any other Adobe proprietary information provided by Peerless to an OEM Customer hereunder, but shall exclude Adobe Support Information. Subject to Peerless' compliance with the terms of this Agreement, Peerless may choose to sublicense only those rights enumerated in Paragraphs 2.2.1 - 2.2.8 that apply to the granting of reproduction and distribution rights to the Adobe Information (but shall exclude the granting of any development rights), to an OEM Customer under a Peerless OEM Agreement containing terms that are substantially equivalent to the minimum terms listed in Exhibit B ("Minimum Terms of Peerless OEM Agreements") and are conforming to the requirements set forth in this Paragraph 2.2.10.   • Disclosure Information As defined in the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.

We shall have no responsibility or liability for any act or omission of any ERP Provider.(b) It is your responsibility to at all times (i) comply with all guides, instructions and recommendations we provide to you from time to time in relation to the use of the ERP Linked Services; and (ii) assess the security arrangements relating to your access to and use of the ERP Linked Services to ensure that they are adequate to protect your interests.(c) You shall ensure that all Data and/or Electronic Instructions transmitted to us for or in connection with the ERP Linked Services is true, accurate and complete and you shall immediately inform us in writing of any errors, discrepancies or omissions. You must check all Data received by you on the ERP Platform in connection with the ERP Linked Services. If any such Data is incorrect or omit anything it should include, you should inform us in writing immediately.(d) You acknowledge that processing of any Electronic Instructions received via the ERP Linked Services is subject to successful receipt of such Electronic Instruction by us from the ERP Provider. We shall have no responsibility or liability where you submit any Electronic Instruction through the ERP Platform but such Electronic Instruction is not successfully received by us.(e) Receipt by us of any Electronic Instruction issued or purporting to be issued by you in connection with the ERP Linked Services will constitute full and unconditional authority to us to carry out or act upon that Electronic Instruction, and we shall not be bound to investigate or enquire as to the authenticity of any such Electronic Instruction unless we have received prior written notification from you which casts doubt on its validity.

  • Balance Information We use the daily balance method to calculate the interest on the account. This method applies a daily periodic rate to the principal in the account each day. You must maintain a minimum balance of $1,000.00 in the account each day to obtain the disclosed annual percentage yield. Limitations: You must deposit $1,000.00 to open this account. You may not make additional deposits into this account. You may not make withdrawals from your account until the maturity date. Time Account Information: Your account will mature in the term of the Certificate of Deposit. If you withdraw any of the principal before the maturity date, we may impose a penalty of 180 days interest on the amount withdrawn. This account will automatically renew. You will have 10 CALENDAR DAYS after the maturity date to withdraw funds without penalty. If you do not withdraw the funds, each renewal term will be for an identical period of time as the original term.

  • Form 8-K Disclosure Information As defined in Section 11.07.

  • Sensitive Information means controlled unclassified information of a commercial, financial, proprietary, or privileged nature. The term includes technical data and computer software, but does not include information that is lawfully, publicly available without restriction.

  • Customer Information means any information contained on a customer’s application or other form and all nonpublic personal information about a customer that a Party receives from the other Party. Customer Information shall include, but not be limited to, name, address, telephone number, social security number, health information, and personal financial information (which may include a Masterworks user account number).

  • Program Information is defined in Section 13.8(a)(i).

  • Seller Information As defined in Subsection 34.04(a).

  • Information has the meaning specified in Section 10.07.

  • Market Information means an electronic document (also available in paper form upon request) located on the Trading Platform which sets out the commercial details for each Market, including but not limited to: Margin Factors, the minimum and maximum Quantity and Our Spread. In the event you elect to use a third party hosting or trading application (for example, MetaTrader), information specific to such third party hosting or trading application located on the Website shall supplement the Market Information; however, to the extent there are any inconsistencies the Market Information will prevail.
