End User Documentation. Supplier shall be responsible for the delivery of any Gap approved “leave behinds” for end users, including instructional documentation relating to the installed Workstation and Supported Software. The content of “leave behinds” will be set forth in the Gap-IBM Procedures Manual.
End User Documentation. NetApp agrees to provide Dell with NetApp's standard or localized end user documentation for the OEM Products and the Licensed Materials ("Documentation") in mutually agreeable electronic form. Subject to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, NetApp hereby grants Dell a nonexclusive, worldwide, nontransferable license to reproduce, modify and create derivative works of the Documentation (or to have third parties do so on Dell's behalf) and to market and distribute to End Users such derivative works of the Documentation solely with the OEM Products or Licensed Products. Dell may reproduce and distribute the Documentation in hard copy or softcopy form as well as in electronic form. Dell will provide to NetApp copies of all Documentation derivative works created by or for Dell. The parties agree to discuss the sharing of costs for Documentation localization on a case-by-case basis.

End User Documentation. (a) Supplier will provide Alcatel at no charge a complete set of end-user Product documentation and ongoing updates required to support Alcatel’s customer documentation requirements. Such documentation will be provided in a standard organization, format and material quality equivalent to that level exhibited by Supplier Publication Issue___, Month, Year, entitled ___, or in accordance with Alcatel’s Technical Publications Documentation Standards Guide, or at a standard equivalent to the level specified by Bellcore Technical Reference TR-TSY-000454, Issue 1, July 1988 and Bellcore Technical Advisory TA-OPT-000454, Issue 3, July 1992.
(b) Supplier will incorporate all documentation modifications required by Alcatel’s private label specifications.
(c) Upon request, Supplier will provide documentation in CD-ROM format.
(d) Upon request, Supplier will ship appropriate Product documentation intact with each shipment of Product itself. As applicable, such documentation shall include but not be limited to installation/user manuals, product user manuals, network diagnostics, soft-copy (diskette or CD ROM, as requested) and hardcopy of all hardware components within the configuration (including pin-out diagrams).
(e) If requested by Alcatel, Supplier will electronically provide, at no charge, end-user documentation and updates for the purpose of reproduction and distribution to Alcatel’s Product customers. Such electronic documentation shall be in metafiles, viewable by Interleaf WorldView, or Acrobat viewing software, or supplied in Interleaf.
End User Documentation. Buyer may request materials for use by Buyer to prepare Documentation, brochures and other product literature, including, but not limited to, operator manuals, maintenance and parts manuals, catalogs, specification sheets, and other data necessary or appropriate for the sale and subsequent support of Production Units or to satisfy legal or end user requirements. Upon Buyer’s request, Seller shall provide to Buyer, on an ongoing basis during the term of a PSA, at Seller’s expense, such existing materials in camera ready electronic file, electronic source file, and hard copy form in the English language and any other language applicable outside the Territory (for XC) and inside the Territory (for FX) provided that they are in Seller’s possession and available in English and/or such other languages. At a minimum, such documentation shall be those documents that are supplied generally by Seller to its customer service engineers and/or technical specialists for the Production Units. If the materials are written in Japanese, and translation into English or other languages is required, Seller shall provide such materials in Japanese. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Buyer shall be responsible for translation of received materials into languages not available from Seller.
End User Documentation. HP will provide STRATASYS with a format in which STRATASYS shall, at *** expense, supply one editable format English-only copy of the operator's manual together with any of its installation/set up instructions, quick reference guides, site preparation guides, Customer Replacement Unit (CRU)/Consumable installation instructions, and any related current end user documentation for each Printer Product, SRS, and Material Bay licensed to HP in printed and electronic formats, as specified in Section 19.04 HP shall use such Documentation to create the HP End User Documentation for the Product, consisting of: (a) multi-language Installation/Set Up instruction document; (b) multi-language Introduction Information Document and (c) DVD containing workstation software, system software (firmware) and multi-language operator manuals. At HP’s request, STRATASYS shall print and include the HP-created Documentation with each Product sold hereunder, provided such Documentation has been provided to STRATASYS in appropriate standard digital files. HP shall own and remain solely liable for all End User Documentation
End User Documentation. End User Documentation" shall mean Be's standard user manuals and other written and graphic materials provided by Be for distribution to End Users with the explicit exclusion of the Be programming manual known as the BeBook.
End User Documentation. Frontec shall, within fourteen (14) business days of delivery of the Statement of Acceptance, provide to St. Xxxx a final draft of the Frontec Documentation for St. Paul's review. St. Xxxx shall review the Frontec Documentation for technical accuracy within twenty-one (21) business days and report to Frontec in writing any perceived inaccuracies and recommend corrections. Frontec may incorporate into the Frontec Documentation such recommended corrections, as it deems necessary to ensure technical accuracy.
