Regardless of any dispute between the Purchaser and the Supplier, the Supplier agrees to use his best efforts to cooperate with the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s OEM Customer in the event of any dispute between the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s OEM Customer relating any way to the applicable goods or services provided or sold to the Purchaser by the Supplier.
Regardless of any dispute between Purchaser and Supplier, Supplier agrees to use his best efforts to cooperate with Purchaser and Purchaser’s OEM Customer in the event of any dispute between Purchaser and Purchaser’s OEM Customer relating any way to the applicable goods or services provided or sold to Purchaser by Supplier.

Suppliers with production contracts with Magna must maintain the ability to provide after-market and service components for a period of fifteen years following the end of program or production for individual components or assemblies, or for such longer or shorter period of time as stipulated by Magna’s respective OEM Customer for the Program, as communicated to the Supplier.
