OEM Customer definition

OEM Customer means an original equipment manufacturer of one or more Embedded Systems that has signed a current CLA.
OEM Customer means a joint customer of Partner and BlackBerry that engages in development, licensing, sale or delivery of Finished Target Systems, either directly or indirectly through other partners or channel partners.
OEM Customer means a third party that receives OEM Services from Customer.

  • Regardless of any dispute between the Purchaser and the Supplier, the Supplier agrees to use his best efforts to cooperate with the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s OEM Customer in the event of any dispute between the Purchaser and the Purchaser’s OEM Customer relating any way to the applicable goods or services provided or sold to the Purchaser by the Supplier.

  • Regardless of any dispute between Purchaser and Supplier, Supplier agrees to use his best efforts to cooperate with Purchaser and Purchaser’s OEM Customer in the event of any dispute between Purchaser and Purchaser’s OEM Customer relating any way to the applicable goods or services provided or sold to Purchaser by Supplier.

  • Suppliers with production contracts with Magna must maintain the ability to provide after-market and service components for a period of fifteen years following the end of program or production for individual components or assemblies, or for such longer or shorter period of time as stipulated by Magna’s respective OEM Customer for the Program, as communicated to the Supplier.

More Definitions of OEM Customer

OEM Customer means a Person in the business of manufacturing motor vehicles.
OEM Customer means an original equipment manufacturer of one or more Embedded Systems which (i) has signed a current OEM Customer Agreement provided by DISTRIBUTOR or for which DISTRIBUTOR has received verification of current OEM Customer status from MS, and (ii) is located within the Territory.
OEM Customer means a distributor that incorporates the ESPS Software in its products and distributes the ESPS Software as a component of such products.
OEM Customer means an OEM automobile manufacturer such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors, or Hyundai Motors, etc. OEM Product means tire pressure and temperature monitoring systems developed by SmarTire, or the designs for such systems, or any derivatives of the Product that incorporate changes to the initial designs to accommodate the specifications or requirements of an OEM Customer. The Products referenced in this agreement include only SmarTire's designs described in Attachment 1.
OEM Customer means you in your capacity as an original equipment manufacturer that is purchasing Products (as defined below) from the Dell EMC OEM Solutions (or its successor) business group for an OEM project. In general, an OEM Customer (a) combines Product with OEM Customer’s proprietary hardware, software or other intellectual property, resulting in a specialized system or solution with industry or task-specific functionality (“Marketed System”) and (b) resells the Product as part of, in conjunction with, or for use with the Marketed System under OEM Customer’s own brand.
OEM Customer means a company or entity that purchases the Product with the purpose of embedding the Product(s) into other product(s) or reselling the Product(s) under a different name and label.
OEM Customer means an original equipment manufacturer of Dedicated Systems which licenses Product from COMPANY under the terms of an OEM Customer Sublicense Agreement for Dedicated Systems ("Sublicense Agreement") in the form attached hereto as Exhibit U.
