ADS Names and Marks definition

ADS Names and Marks means any and all Trademarks of ADS or any of its Affiliates (other than any Trademark included in the Loyalty Ventures Assets), including, for the avoidance of doubt, any that use, contain or include “ADS” or “Alliance Data”, in each case either alone or in combination with other words, phrases or logos, and any and all Trademarks derived therefrom or confusingly similar thereto.

Examples of ADS Names and Marks in a sentence

  • As soon as reasonably practicable, but in any event within one hundred eighty (180) days, following the Distribution Time, Loyalty Ventures shall, and shall cause its Subsidiaries to, cease any and all use of the ADS Names and Marks and remove, conceal, cover, redact and/or replace the ADS Names and Marks from any and all Loyalty Ventures Assets and any other assets and materials under their possession or control bearing such ADS Names and Marks.

  • Retained Names and Marks shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3.

  • Company Marks means the trademarks, trade names, service marks, logos, and/or service names of the Company.

  • Product Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 9.5.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Seller Marks has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4.

  • Proprietary Marks shall have the meaning as set forth in Section 24.01.

  • Licensed Trademarks means the trademarks, service marks, trade dress, logos and other icons or indicia designated by SCEA in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines for use on or in connection with Licensed Products. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall in any way grant Publisher the right to use the trademark "Sony" in any manner. SCEA may amend such Licensed Trademarks from time to time in the SourceBook 2 or other Guidelines or upon written notice to Publisher.

  • business name or "trade name" means the name of a licensed business as used by the licensee on signs and advertising.

  • Trademarks means any trademark and servicemark rights, whether registered or not, applications to register and registrations of the same and like protections, and the entire goodwill of the business of Borrower connected with and symbolized by such trademarks.

  • Product Trademarks means the Trademark(s) to be used by AbbVie or its Affiliates or its or their respective Sublicensees for the Development or Commercialization of Licensed Products in the Territory and any registrations thereof or any pending applications relating thereto in the Territory (excluding, in any event, any trademarks, service marks, names or logos that include any corporate name or logo of the Parties or their Affiliates).

  • Insignia means Insignia Financial Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation.

  • Trade name means the name of the Hotel set forth in the Addendum.

  • Transferred Trademarks means all registered and common law Trademarks of Seller in any jurisdiction in the world, including the Product names and the Trademarks listed on Schedule 1.1(eeee).

  • Business IP means all (i) Intellectual Property used in, held for use in, or necessary for the operation of the Company Group’s business as currently conducted and (ii) Company Intellectual Property.

  • Licensed Trademark means those Trademarks set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and such other Trademarks as may be designated by NovaDel in writing from time to time, and any registrations of the foregoing and pending applications relating thereto.

  • Internet Domain Name means all right, title and interest (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to internet domain names.

  • Brand name or “trade name” means a brand name or a trade name, whether registered or not, that is to say, a name or a mark, such as symbol, monogram, logo, label, signature, or invented word or writing which is used in relation to such specified services for the purpose of indicating, or so as to indicate a connection in the course of trade between such specified services and some person using such name or mark with or without any indication of the identity of that person;

  • End User License means any license terms imposed by any Third Party Vendor on Customers and End Users. “Force Majeure Event” means an event or occurrence:
