Affiliated Unit definition

Affiliated Unit means a unit of the Regular Force or of the Primary Reserve with which a Cadet Corps/Squadron is affiliated.

  • The term “Employee” shall mean any person who receives wages or salary from the Named Insured or an Affiliated Unit, but such term shall not include any person who serves as an officer of the Named Insured or an Affiliated Unit.

  • Designated Unit means information technology devices (e.g. hard disks or central processing units) identified by Licensee pursuant to this Agreement that have been officially made known to the public as appropriate for Use or interoperation with the Software.

  • GP Unit means a Partnership Unit which is designated as a GP Unit of the Partnership.
