Access and Use of the Services. 2.1 The Bank has agreed to provide to the Customer the use of the Services and access to mashreqMATRIX in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Bank’s internal policies and in accordance with the Law.

Subject to the terms and limitations of this Agreement, Reachify agrees to provide Subscriber access to the Services and Equipment as set forth on Service Order(s), up to the quantities specified on such Service Order(s), during the Contract Period and any renewals thereof, on a non-exclusive, non-transferable basis, solely for Subscriber’s internal business purposes and as may be requested or necessary between Subscriber and its customers. Access and Use of the Services. (1) Payment: ZA Care is not a payment processor and does not hold any funds. Instead, ZA Care works with a third-party payment processing partner – Stripe – to process Donations for a Campaign (“Payment Processor”). You acknowledge and agree that the use of Payment Processors and its terms - xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx/en-hk/ssa - is part of the Services and that we exchange payment information with Payment Processors in order to facilitate the provision of Services.

Buzibee may collect additional information such as occupation, address, PIN code, State Name, area code, mobile numbers, mail IDs, language, unique device identifier, mobile application installation information, geo-location, and the time zone where the services are used and may use these to make content recommendations, and to provide you with a bespoke and personalized user experience and target advertising. • You agree that certain other data may be collected / recorded from your device via the site by Xxxxxxx and third parties engaged by Xxxxxxx, in accordance with the terms and for the purposes specified in Buzibee’s Privacy Policy. This data may be collected / recorded sometimes when the site is in the background and will use data on your device, for which you may be charged in accordance with your applicable data/broadband tariff plans. • You acknowledge, consent and agree that Buzibee may access, preserve, transfer and disclose your account information and/or user material subject to the Privacy Policy, if required to do so by law to co-operate with mandated government and law enforcement agencies or to any private parties by an order under law for the time being in force to enforce and comply with the law including to various tax authorities upon any demand or request by them or in a good faith belief that such access, preservation, or disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
Access and Use of the Services. On the condition that you comply with all your obligations under this Agreement, we hereby grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-assignable, non-transferable authorization to view and use our Services and any Attindas Content hereon for your personal information and non- commercial use. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, no part of the Services and no Attindas Content may be copied, reproduced, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, transmitted, or distributed in any way to any other computer, server, Services, or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial use without Attindas’ prior express written consent. Your access to the Services is provided on a temporary basis with no guarantee for future availability. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or may be construed as, conferring by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or other grant of right to use any patent, copyright, trademark, service xxxx or other intellectual property of Attindas or any third party, except as expressly provided in the Terms.
Access and Use of the Services. Oracle will make the Oracle services listed below (the “Services”) available to You pursuant to these Terms. Except as otherwise stated in these Terms, You have the non-exclusive, limited right to use the Services for the duration of the Services Period (as described in Section 7) for the purpose of selecting and transmitting Segments via the BlueKai Marketplace to a Destination (the “Purpose”). You may allow Your users to use the Services for the Purpose, and You are responsible for their compliance with these Terms. If You are an Agent, You may use the Services on behalf of Your customer solely for Your customer’s Purpose, and You are responsible for Your customer’s compliance with these Terms as appropriate. These Terms incorporate by reference the Oracle Data Services Service Descriptions (which may be viewed at xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxx) for the Services listed below (“Service Descriptions”). During the Services Period, Oracle may update the Services and Service Descriptions to reflect changes in, among other things, laws, regulations, rules, technology, industry practices, patterns of system use, and availability of Oracle Data.
Access and Use of the Services. Subject to Customer's compliance with the terms of this Agreement including timely payment of all fees, Customer may during the Term and solely in connection with Customer’s distribution of Customer Content to End Users as part of the Customer services, in the Territory: (a) access and use the Services solely through the Services APIs, (b) use the Services with Supported Devices and Customer Application(s), and (c) use the Documentation delivered by NAGRA in connection with the Services, as set out in this Agreement. Customer may not sublicense, resell, transfer these rights or use them for the benefit of a third party. Any services not expressly mentioned in this Agreement as provided by NAGRA are excluded from NAGRA’s responsibilities.
Access and Use of the Services. Subject to and conditioned upon your payment of Service Fees and compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Form, we grant you a non- exclusive, non-transferable (except in compliance with Section 19.3) right to access and use the Services during the term stated in the applicable Order Form solely for your internal use in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the applicable Order Form.
