Afrox Equipment means all Containers, manifolds, piping, fittings, cages and/or other equipment provided by Afrox (but not sold) to the Customer under this Agreement or to a former customer occupying the same premises;

Examples of Afrox Equipment in a sentence

  • Save as set out in Clauses 2.1(b), 2.1(c) and 2.7(g) below and the other terms of this Agreement, or as otherwise agreed in writing between the Parties, Afrox will supply Gas, Afrox Equipment, Goods and Services against orders placed by the Customer and which are accepted and confirmed by Afrox.

  • The prices for the Gas, Afrox Equipment, Goods and Services will be adjusted by Afrox from time to time to reflect changes in Afrox’s costs, which may occur with or without notice to the Customer, but such changes shall not affect orders that have already been accepted by Xxxxx.

  • The provisions of this Clause 2.19 only apply to purchases that are made online by Customers who are natural persons purchasing Gas, Afrox Equipment, Goods, or Services for their own use and subject to clause 2.16 and 2.17.

  • Afrox’s trademarks and names shall not be used otherwise than as applied by Afrox to Containers and other Afrox Equipment or Goods and Services.

  • Subject to clause 2.1(m), Afrox warrants that: (a) at the time of delivery the Gas is to the specification set out in the relevant Afrox Safety Data Sheet; (b) to the extent that the Afrox Equipment is utilised for the storage and/or use of Gas, it will be suitable for such storage and/or use; and (c) the Services (if any) will be provided with reasonable care and skill.

Related to Afrox Equipment

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Legal Services Contract;

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • Rental Equipment means the equipment identified on the Service Agreement and Order Schedule or otherwise notified to you in writing that we will rent to you as part of our provision of the Services and which you will return to us after expiry or termination of the Agreement, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Load Control Equipment means the equipment (which may include, but is not limited to, ripple receivers and relays) that is from time to time installed in, over or on Consumer’s Premises for the purpose of receiving signals sent by Load Signalling Equipment and switching on and off, or otherwise controlling, controllable load;

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Designated Equipment means any equipment designated in the SLA, upon which the Licensed System may be used; Documentation means operating manuals and other printed materials which assist the Customer to use the Licensed System including any technical and user software material as published by Pentana Solutions; Escalation Request is as set out in the SLA;

  • Leased Equipment means the machinery, equipment, furniture, tools and test sets, associated spare parts and supplies, if any, and all other tangible personal property leased by the Designated Seller or the Sellers and used primarily in the Operations, which is listed, and is located at the locations referenced on Schedule 1.1(125), but excludes equipment used in Shared Labs and Leased PC Equipment.

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Equipment is all “equipment” as defined in the Code with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation all machinery, fixtures, goods, vehicles (including motor vehicles and trailers), and any interest in any of the foregoing.
