Agenda Matters definition

Agenda Matters means all the matters and businesses to be designated in the Statutes each of which can be either included in the Agenda or be taken up for discussion and decision at a meeting of the Board of Governors or the Board of Management or any Committees, as the case may be, only subject to the prior written approval of the Chancellor, consenting to the passing of such matters and businesses at such a meeting;

  • Investigating Committee means any Officer/Committee appointed by Competent Authority to conduct investigation.

  • Disclosure Letters means the Seller Disclosure Letter and the Buyer Disclosure Letter.
