Aggregate Funded Amount definition

Aggregate Funded Amount means, collectively, the Aggregate Holder Funded Amount and the Aggregate Lender Funded Amount and, individually, shall mean the Aggregate Holder Funded Amount or the Aggregate Lender Funded Amount, as the case may be.
Aggregate Funded Amount as of any date of determination shall mean the sum of the Funded Amounts paid by all of the Funding Guarantors as of such date.
Aggregate Funded Amount means, with respect to the Loans on any date, the aggregate outstanding principal amount thereof after giving effect to all repayments and prepayments of such Loans occurring on or before such date.

Examples of Aggregate Funded Amount in a sentence

  • Condition 7(e)(1) applies, save that references therein to “outstanding principal amount” shall be to the Aggregate Funded Amount.

  • The Issuer shall redeem the Note in full on such Interest Payment Date by payment to the Noteholder of an amount equal to the accrued interest on the Note (if any) plus the Aggregate Funded Amount and the Issuer’s obligations with respect to the Note is thereby discharged.

More Definitions of Aggregate Funded Amount

Aggregate Funded Amount means the aggregate amount of all Funded Amounts under all Schedules.
Aggregate Funded Amount with respect to any Leased Property means the aggregate amount funded by the Lessor with respect to such Leased Property pursuant to Section 2.2 of the Master Agreement, including the amount funded by the Lease Participant and by the Lenders for the Loans with respect to such Leased Property.
