Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables definition

Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables means all Receivables in the Accounts which would be treated as "Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables" in accordance with the definition for such term in the Transfer and Servicing Agreement.
Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables means with respect to any Pool, all amounts billed to the Obligors on any Account in respect of (a) all Periodic Rate Finance Charges, (b) cash advance fees, (c) annual membership fees and annual service charges, (d) Late Fees, (e) Overlimit Fees, (f) Discount Option Receivables and (g) any other fees or charges with respect to the Accounts designated by the Transferor at any time and from time to time to be included as Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables. Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables shall also include the interest portion of Participation Interests as shall be determined pursuant to, and only if so provided in, the applicable Participation Interest Supplement or Indenture Supplement for any Series.
Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables means Receivables created in respect of Periodic Finance Charges, cash advance fees, late fees, overlimit fees, fees and charges relating to debt cancellation, debt waiver and other enhancement and insurance programs administered by the Bank, annual membership fees and all other incidental and miscellaneous fees and charges.
