Not later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on each Transfer Date, the Servicer shall notify the Transferor, the Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee of the amount of Interchange to be included as Collections of Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables.
The parties hereto agree that Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables, whenever created, accrued in respect of Principal Receivables which have been conveyed to the Trust shall continue to be a part of the Trust notwithstanding any cessation of the transfer of additional Principal Receivables to the Trust and Collections with respect thereto shall continue to be allocated and paid in accordance with Article VIII of the Indenture and the terms of each Indenture Supplement.

Notwithstanding any cessation of the sale to the Buyer of additional Principal Receivables, Principal Receivables sold to the Buyer prior to such Termination Date, Collections in respect of such Principal Receivables, Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables (whenever created) accrued in respect of such Principal Receivables and Collections in respect of such Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables, shall continue to be property of the Buyer available for transfer by the Buyer.
