Aggregate Percentage Vested definition

Aggregate Percentage Vested means the aggregate percentage of Tranche 1 that is vested upon completion of the specified period of service. It does not mean the percentage of Tranche 1 that first becomes vested upon completion of the specified period of service.
Aggregate Percentage Vested means the aggregate percentage of Tranche 3 that is vested upon attainment of the applicable EPS Goal. It does not mean the percentage of Tranche 3 that first becomes vested at that time.
Aggregate Percentage Vested column is not applicable to Tranche 2 because the vesting of each portion of Tranche 2 is independent of the vesting of any other portion of Tranche 2. If Verixxx xxxts the Revenue Growth Goal for Target Year 2003 or 2004, and the Participant satisfies the continuous employment requirement of paragraph 6(e), below, the applicable percentage of Tranche 2 shall vest whether or not the portion of Tranche 2 related to an earlier Target Year has vested.

Related to Aggregate Percentage Vested

  • Vested Percentage means the sum of the following percentages: (i) 2% multiplied by your Years of Service, plus (ii) 8% multiplied by the number of Years you have been designated a participant in the Plan; provided, however, (w) prior to completing five Years of Service the Vested Percentage is 0,(x) on or prior to your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed 50%, (y) on or prior to each of your birthdays following your fiftieth birthday your Vested Percentage may not exceed the sum of 50% plus the product obtained by multiplying 5% by the number of birthdays that have occurred following your fiftieth birthday, and (z) your Vested Percentage in no event may exceed 100%.

  • Class B-6 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-6 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Original Class B-6 Percentage The Class B-6 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.13.

  • Class C Percentage means at any time the percentage equivalent of a fraction, the numerator of which is the Outstanding Amount of the Class C Notes and the denominator of which is the sum of the Outstanding Amount of all the Notes.

  • Invested Percentage means, with respect to any Series of Notes, the percentage specified in the applicable Series Supplement.

  • Class B-2 Percentage As to any Distribution Date, except as set forth in the next sentence, the percentage calculated by multiplying (i) the Subordinated Percentage by (ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class B-2 Principal Balance (determined as of the Determination Date preceding such Distribution Date) and the denominator of which is the sum of the Principal Balances of the Classes of Class B Certificates eligible to receive principal distributions for such Distribution Date in accordance with the provisions of Section 4.01(d).   • Original Class B-2 Percentage The Class B-2 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.09.

  • Aggregate Exposure Percentage with respect to any Lender at any time, the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of such Lender’s Aggregate Exposure at such time to the Aggregate Exposure of all Lenders at such time.

  • Aggregate Value means, with respect to any block of Equity Stock, the sum of the products of (i) the number of shares of each class of Equity Stock within such block multiplied by (ii) the corresponding Market Price of one share of Equity Stock of such class.

  • Original Class B-3 Percentage The Class B-3 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.10.

  • Vesting Percentage means the percentage by which the Target Total Award is multiplied as set forth in the chart in Section II below.

  • Aggregate Senior Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is equal to the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to that prior Due Date).

  • Original Class B-4 Percentage The Class B-4 Percentage as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.11.

  • Class B Percentage Any one of the Class B-1 Percentage, Class B-2 Percentage, Class B-3 Percentage, Class B-4 Percentage, Class B-5 Percentage or Class B-6 Percentage.

  • Note Percentage means (i) for each Payment Date until the aggregate principal amount of each Class of Notes has been paid in full, 100%; and (ii) thereafter, 0%.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.

  • PO Percentage As to any Discount Mortgage Loan, a fraction (expressed as a percentage) the numerator of which is the excess of the Required Coupon over the Adjusted Net Mortgage Rate of such Discount Mortgage Loan and the denominator of which is such Required Coupon. As to any Non-Discount Mortgage Loan, 0%.

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

  • NOLV Percentage the net orderly liquidation value of Inventory, expressed as a percentage, expected to be realized at an orderly, negotiated sale held within a reasonable period of time, net of all liquidation expenses, as determined from the most recent appraisal of Borrowers’ Inventory performed by an appraiser and on terms satisfactory to Agent.

  • Applicable Commitment Percentage means, with respect to each Lender at any time, a fraction, the numerator of which shall be such Lender's Revolving Credit Commitment and the denominator of which shall be the Total Revolving Credit Commitment, which Applicable Commitment Percentage for each Lender as of the Closing Date is as set forth in Exhibit A; provided that the Applicable Commitment Percentage of each Lender shall be increased or decreased to reflect any assignments to or by such Lender effected in accordance with Section 11.1.

  • Aggregate Invested Amount means, at any date of determination, the sum of the Invested Amounts with respect to all Outstanding Series on such date of determination.
